What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Stock designs start at 2,000–5,000 pieces. Custom molds start at 5,000–10,000 pieces depending on bottle weight and complexity. If you're between sizes, ask — we can often combine SKUs in one run.
Can you send samples before I order?
Yes. 1–5 stock samples are free — you cover only the courier cost, and they normally ship within 3–5 days. Custom decoration samples are produced and approved before any bulk production begins.
Are your bottles food-safe / compliant?
Our food and beverage glass is produced to food-contact standards. Tell us your destination market — US (FDA), EU or Japan (Food Sanitation Act) — and we arrange the matching test reports, including lead and cadmium migration, before shipment.
Do you work with small craft brands?
That's our specialty. Craft distilleries and independent candle brands are our core customers — our MOQs are set below the industry's typical 10,000 pc custom threshold precisely for this reason.
Can I visit or audit the factory?
Yes — in person in Xuzhou, or book a live video factory tour. We're an audited supplier and happy to show the production line, QC stations and loading process.
