Food Bottle FAQ

Will these bottles survive hot fill or pasteurisation?

That depends on the mould and the wall thickness, not on the category. Tell us your process — hot fill temperature, pasteurisation, or retort — and we confirm with the works which of these formats is rated for it before you commit. We would rather lose the enquiry than send you glass that fails in your line.

Can you supply the caps and labels as well?

Yes. Twist-off and lug caps, DOP pourers, tamper-evident closures, silicone brush tops, shaker fitments and printed labels are all quoted with the container and ship in the same consignment.

What is the minimum order?

Most food formats start at 5,000 pieces; clamp-lid storage jars start at 3,000. If your first production run is smaller than that, say so — we can sometimes combine your order with another run of the same mould.
