Our candle vessels are supplied annealed, with thick bases and even wall distribution, which is what container-candle use requires. If your market or insurer needs formal thermal-shock data, tell us and we arrange the testing with the works before your order ships. Final burn testing with your specific wax and wick system remains the maker's responsibility.

Stock designs start at 2,000–5,000 pcs. Custom Pantone coating or printing starts at 5,000. If you're just starting out, begin with a stock format + your label, then move to custom decoration as volume grows.

Yes — LCL (less than container load) lets you ship a few pallets. As a rule of thumb, freight adds $0.03–0.10 per jar depending on destination and volume. We quote landed cost estimates so you can compare against your current distributor price directly.

Usually, yes. Send a photo and dimensions (or just the product link) — we identify the closest stock mold or quote a custom match, with samples before you commit.

We supply matched lids in natural bamboo with a silicone seal, metal screw caps and friction lids (matte, gold or copper finishes), brushed metal, pressed glass and wood (beech, walnut or acacia). Our lids page lists fit for 70, 78, 83 and 100 mm outer diameters; send us the jar you use and we confirm the lid against its neck finish.

You get a quotation within 24 hours on business days, stock samples ship in 3–5 days, and production takes around 15 working days in the off-season — longer in the peak season (September–December). Custom coating or printing starts only after you approve a pre-production sample.
