Liquor Bottle FAQ

Can you make a fully custom bottle shape for my brand?

Yes. Mold development timing depends on the glassworks' queue, so we confirm it in the quote; once you approve the pre-production sample, production runs 15–35 days. MOQ is 5,000–10,000 pcs depending on bottle weight. Mold cost is quoted separately and amortizes quickly against factory-direct unit pricing.

What decoration options replace a paper label?

Screen printing (up to multi-color), decals, frosting, gradient spray, and hot-stamped foil. We can combine techniques — e.g. frosted body with printed logo — and send decorated pre-production samples for approval.

Do your bottles fit standard closures and capping lines?

Yes — cork and bar-top finishes follow standard neck dimensions, and screw finishes use standard GPI specs. Tell us your filler/capper model and we confirm compatibility before production.

What's the real lead time to my door?

Off-season: ~15 working days production + freight (Japan under a week by sea; US West Coast ~2 weeks; Europe 4–5 weeks). Peak season production can extend to 1–3 months — book ahead of your bottling schedule.
