We check the certificate, not just the lid

A child-resistant closure is only compliant if it holds current test data for your market — in the US that means protocol testing under 16 CFR 1700.20, with certificates that expire. Before you commit, we identify which closure supplier holds valid data for the exact jar-and-lid pairing you are ordering, and we send you the certificate. If nobody in the chain can produce one, we tell you that instead of shipping it.

Your regulator, not ours

Requirements differ by market and by product class — pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, household chemical and other regulated categories are not treated the same way. Tell us the destination and the product class and we work backwards from the rule that applies to you, including any labelling and warning-copy requirements you need printed.

Compliance Packaging FAQ

Are your child-resistant closures certified?

The honest answer is: it depends on the closure, and we verify it per order rather than claiming it blanket. Child-resistance certification sits with the closure manufacturer, is tied to a specific jar-and-lid combination, and has an expiry date. When you send us the format and destination market, we obtain the current certificate for that pairing from the closure supplier and forward it to you before production. We will not describe a lid as certified on the strength of a previous order.

Can you print compliance labelling and warnings?

Yes. Printed labels, warning copy, batch fields and QR panels are quoted with the container. Send us the artwork and the regulation you are working to; if the copy you supply does not match what the destination market requires, we will flag it rather than print it silently.

What is the minimum order?

Airtight hinged jars start at 2,000 pieces; CR straight-side and opaque jars start at 5,000. Certification checks add no minimum — we do that before you place the order, not after.
